In this 90 minute workshop, I will teach you how to coach yourself so that you can feel good in THIS BODY without having to lose weight.
You’ll let go of the messages that our society screams about your body, and all women’s bodies. That your body is not good enough the way it is. That it will never be good enough.
So your kids don’t end up with the same body and food struggles you’re trying to break free from.
If you want your kids to grow up feeling good about their bodies and having a healthy relationship with food, it starts with you. You’ve got to do the work on yourself first.
I was like most women alive. I was not happy with my body. I berated my body, and said things like this to myself:
“I have to lose weight.”
“This time I will do it. I’ll really stick to a food and exercise plan.”
“I can’t live at this weight. I hate how I feel at this weight. My clothes don’t fit, and I know that people are judging me.”
“I feel so much better when I am thinner.”
“I’m more confident when I’m thinner.”
“My kids have seen me gain weight and I don’t want them to be fat.”
“I really want my kid to feel good about their body.”
